PLEASE NOTE: The time on the boats includes 3 nights in the 4 day package, 2 nights in the 3 day package and 6 nights in the 7 day package. Purchase of the extra night is available through the Bon Voyage or Early Board Programmes.

Boarding Times

AM Sailings: 8:00 AM - 12:00 Noon or when boat is fully serviced.
Bon Voyage: 6:00 - 8:00 PM or when boat is fully serviced. **
Pre-boarding: 8:00 - 10:00 PM or when boat is fully serviced.

 

** Bon Voyage sailings may be limited to Mara Lake on the night of departure, especially as light wanes later in the season or in the event of unavoidable late departures. We offer the Bon Voyage program from June 10th to September 2, due to the amount of daylight available. If for some reason we can not get you sailing before nightfall, you will be refunded the difference between the Bon Voyage and Early Board programs.

Bon Voyage

This program allows you to board your houseboat a day (6:00 pm - 8:00 pm) prior to your scheduled departure date and leave our docks that evening an hour before sun sets. We do not offer the program before June 10th, or after September 2nd, due to the amount of daylight available. All prices subject to applicable taxes.

  • Mirage 40, Mirage 42, Mirage 44, Mirage 54, Mirage 56 - Additional fee of $399 plus tax, plus 1 day insurance.
  • Mirage 60, Mirage 63, Mirage 65/65U, Mirage 66, Genesis 60,Genesis 70 and Genesis 75 - Additional fee of $449 plus tax, plus 1 day insurance.
  • The Legacy 94 is not available in the Bon Voyage programme.

Pre-Boarding

This program allows you to board your houseboat the evening (8:00 pm - 10:00 pm) prior to your scheduled departure date and stay on your boat on our docks allowing you to leave on your vacation the next morning. All prices subject to applicable taxes.

  • Mirage 40, Mirage42, Mirage 44, Mirage 54, Mirage 56 - Additional fee of $349 plus tax.
  • Mirage 60, Mirage 63, Mirage 65/65U, Mirage 66, Genesis 60, Genesis 70 and Genesis 75 - Additional fee of $399 plus tax.
  • The Legacy 94 has a fee of $499 plus tax.

This program allows you to board your houseboat the evening prior to your scheduled departure date. The advantages are many: It is considerably less expensive than motel lodgings for several people

You can complete your paperwork, get your gear on board, receive your orientation on operation, then relax for an enjoyable evening on the dock.

In the morning you will be able to depart as soon as you receive your instructions on boat handling and operation
Pre-Boarding Times 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm (or when your boat is fully serviced)

Return Times For This Programme Are: 11:00 am to 3:00 pm 

These optional boarding programmes are available on a limited basis, book early to avoid disappointment.

Please note: Your reservation cannot be confirmed until a $750 reservation deposit has been received.

*** PLEASE NOTE: The times above are our goal, but we are at the mercy of a number of factors, including but not limited to the time our previous guests return to dock, the opening of the railway bridge, weather situations, etc. Please help us by adhering to your return time. We will do everything we can to meet or exceeed the above times and thank you for your patience.
